DOVER LIBRARY RETURNS TO DISCOVERY CENTRE IN MARKET SQUARE
Dover library will finally return to its home. After two years of refurbishment work, Dover library will return to the Discovery Centre in Market Square at the end of this month.
The new library will include new facilities, improved accessibility, a children's nursery, the Dover District Council archive and education service, and new integrated children's services. Services such as book lending and the registration of births and deaths will remain active
